  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add melted butter and honey to the dry ingredients. Mix well until crumbly.

  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.

  5. Sprinkle dried cranberries evenly over the crust.

  6. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the cranberries.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
