- 3cupsfresh pineapple chunks
- 1cupfresh lime juice
- 1cuptequila blanco
- ½cupCointreau,or any orange liqueur
- ¼cupagave nectar,to taste
- coarse kosher salt
- lime,or pineapple wedges, for serving, optional
Instructions

Place pineapple, lime juice, tequila, and Cointreau in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add agave to taste, if needed to sweeten.

Serve immediately in salt-rimmed glasses over ice. Garnish wish lime or pineapple wedges.
