  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, hot sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
