Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced pickled jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Tortilla chips or veggies, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, pickled jalapeños, green onions, and red bell pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the dip.

  5. Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until it is hot and bubbly.

  6. Serve the dip hot with tortilla chips or veggies for dipping.
