How To Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Balls
Create these chocolate-coated petite peanut butter oat balls made with honey, chocolate chips, and oats for a healthy and fun snacking with kids.

Ingredients
- 1½cupspeanut butter
- ⅓cuphoney
- ¾cupoats
- ½cupmini chocolate chips
- 3cupschocolate,melted
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, oats, and mini chocolate chips. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

In the palm of hand, roll peanut butter mixture into a walnut-sized ball. Place on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and freeze for about 20 minutes, or until firm, but not frozen.

Once firm, dip the peanut butter balls into melted chocolate, coating the whole ball.

Place back on the parchment and freeze again until chocolate is hardened.
