How To Make Avocado and Egg Toast Recipe

- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 lemon, juiced

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast until crispy.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork and mix in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny.
