Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup malted milk powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, malted milk powder, baking powder, and salt.

  4. In a large bowl, beat the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.

  5. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and mix well.

  6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

  7. Fold in the white chocolate chips.

  8. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting into squares.
