- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pitted dates, chopped
- 1 cup candied walnuts
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whip the brie cheese until smooth and creamy.
