How To Make Biscuits
Light and fluffy biscuits perfect for breakfast or as a side for a hearty meal.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup cold butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add milk and stir until dough forms.

Knead dough on floured surface for 1 minute.

Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness.

Cut dough into circles using a biscuit cutter.

Place biscuits on a greased baking sheet.
